Natalie has worked as a physiotherapist for six years. Having completed her MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine in 2016, Natalie has specialized in providing sports within an elite rugby environment, but also has interest in neurological rehabilitation, long term conditions, public health, hydrotherapy and improving performance in sport.
Currently Natalie is conducting research into performance in the female athlete population.
In her role, Natalie acts as lead physiotherapist for Welsh Premiership team, Bridgend Ravens RFC but also provides physiotherapy support for the Ospreys, Welsh Rugby Union academies and women's teams.
Additionally Natalie lectures in Sports Medicine and musculoskeletal physiotherapy at Cardiff University to undergraduate physiotherapists, and is currently completing her fellowship in higher education.
In her spare time, Natalie is a keen distance runner and enjoys practicing yoga.
Natalie is a first language Welsh speaker and is delighted to offer services through the medium of welsh where desired.
